Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy 5-color Dragon Tribal Stompy list commanded by The Ur-Dragon. Leveraging passive cost reduction from Eminence in the command zone alongside artifact ramp and specialized reducers like Urza's Incubator and Dragonspeaker Shaman, the deck consistently deploys formidable airborne threats well ahead of curve. The primary game plan revolves around assembling powerful dragon engines such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, and Old Gnawbone, or cheating them into play via Sneak Attack and reanimation spells. Once deployed, the deck leverages enter-the-battlefield burn, power-doubling combat triggers from Thrakkus the Butcher, and additional combat steps from Scourge of the Throne to deal massive flying damage across the table. While it possesses devastating combat velocity, explosive card flow through Tiamat and Garruk's Uprising, and asymmetric board wipes in Crux of Fate, the deck runs minimal reactive stack interaction, leaving it vulnerable to fast combo strategies and well-timed mass removal.
