Commander: Maralen of the Mornsong

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Maralen of the Mornsong functions as a stax piece and combo enabler that stops traditional card draw while giving every player a tutor during their draw step. The deck aims to weaponize this forced search mechanic or bypass it entirely to assemble game-ending combinations. By combining Maralen with Opposition Agent, you lock opponents out of drawing or tutoring while taking their cards. Alternatively, Ob Nixilis, Unshackled forces opponents to lose ten life and sacrifice a creature every turn. The deck can also tutor for the infinite combo of Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond to instantly drain the table.
