Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Great Goblin is a Rakdos goblin swarm deck that wins by overwhelming the board with tokens and by compact persist loops. The commander is a value engine: its counter trigger turns counter synergies into direct damage, and its death trigger exiles cards to keep the hand full. The primary plan is to use Goblin Recruiter and other tutors to stack Krenko, Mob Boss and Muxus, Goblin Grandee, then create exponential tokens and attack with haste. The secondary plan is a combo: Conspicuous Snoop with Kiki-Jiki on top, or First Day of Class plus a persist creature and a sacrifice outlet. The hidden commander is Krenko, Mob Boss, which the tutors are built to feed.
