Deck overview

This Sultai deck is an explosive engine built around Uugguu, the Omniplasm and its unique interaction with the legend rule. Whenever a clone card enters the battlefield as a copy of Uugguu, the legend rule forces one to die as a state-based action. Because the clone is a nontoken Ooze, Uugguu immediately triggers to create two nonlegendary token copies of itself. Subsequent clone casts or nontoken Ooze deaths trigger every existing token Uugguu, causing the board state to multiply exponentially from 1 to 3, 9, and 27 copies. The deck leverages this massive swarm through aristocrat drain effects like Syr Konrad, the Grim and Cauldron of Essence, mass asymmetric land and artifact destruction via Acidic Slime, card advantage engines like Kindred Discovery, and combat overruns enabled by Raise the Palisade and March of the World Ooze.
