Deck overview

Tom, Bert, and William act primarily as a card-draw engine: sacrifice a high-power creature, draw cards equal to its power, then discard one to fill the graveyard. The deck is built around the hidden commander Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel; after four death triggers in a turn, his transform emblem makes every death gain you life and drain a target opponent. South Wind Avatar and Falkenrath Noble convert those life-gain events into pressure on all opponents, Wound Reflection doubles it, and Foggy Swamp Visions creates a burst of disposable tokens for one final turn. Secondary paths are straight golgari reanimation and beatdown with Sheoldred, Reaper from the Abyss, and giant armies. The commander's death transforms him into a noncreature artifact, so protect his creature side.
