Commander: Gwen Stacy // Ghost-Spider

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai "cast from exile" deck helmed by the double-faced Gwen Stacy // Ghost-Spider. The front side is a cheap impulse engine that exiles a card on ETB; the back side is a haste-y voltron threat that grows with +1/+1 counters for every spell cast from exile and can spend those counters to exile more cards. The deck pairs this engine with a compact Equipment package - the Swords, Genji Glove, and Blackblade Reforged - plus a burn subtheme in Quintorius Kand, Nico Minoru, Runaway, and Spider-Verse that punishes the table for every exile-cast. The primary win is commander damage from Ghost-Spider, accelerated by double strike and extra combat, with the exile-burn payoffs providing a secondary table-wide kill that can close the game in a single explosive turn.
