Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Voltron and combat-damage strategy commanded by Jin Sakai, Ghost of Tsushima. The central game plan revolves around casting Jin Sakai on early turns, augmenting him with powerful Equipment and Auras like Sword of Feast and Famine, Grafted Exoskeleton, and Phyresis, and leveraging his versatile combat trigger to grant either double strike (Standoff) or unblockability (Ghost). The deck reliably transitions from resource development into a lethal offensive threat by Turn 5, utilizing infect or doubled damage to eliminate opponents across sequential combat steps. A robust suite of low-cost protective spells and flash equipment—including Slip Out the Back, Silver Shroud Costume, and The Seriema—shields the primary attacker against spot removal and sweepers. Backup threats such as Estinien Varlineau, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and evasive Ninjas ensure that the deck maintains offensive momentum even if the commander is temporarily suppressed.
