Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten. The plan accelerates mana rapidly during the early turns to cast Ureni well ahead of curve. Whenever Ureni enters the battlefield or attacks, it looks eight cards deep to cheat massive Dragons directly into play. The deck features devastating Dragon payoffs, including damage doublers like Atarka, World Render, token cloners like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, and direct burn engines like Terror of the Peaks. Supporting haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy allow Ureni to attack immediately, triggering two Dragon cheats in a single turn. The deck also includes a compact infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault and Old Gnawbone. Backed by efficient countermagic and anti-sweeper protection, this deck reliably presents lethal flying pressure between Turns 4 and 5.
