This deck is a Golgari graveyard-value machine helmed by Winter, Cynical Opportunist. The primary game plan is to rapidly fill the graveyard through self-mill and dredge, then leverage Winter's delirium ability to reanimate permanents with finality counters. The deck also packs a robust suite of traditional reanimation spells (Reanimate, Animate Dead, Living Death) to bring back high-impact threats.
