Deck overview

This Golgari deck centers on Exdeath, Void Warlock as a graveyard-scaling Voltron threat. The primary game plan uses low-cost self-mill creatures such as Ainok Wayfarer, Town Greeter, and Eerie Soultender to rapidly load the graveyard with permanent cards. By Turn 4, Exdeath transforms into Neo Exdeath, Dimension's End, whose power equals the total number of permanents in the graveyard and gains trample. The deck leverages burst damage spells like Tifa's Limit Break and protective auras like Gilt-Leaf's Embrace to eliminate players through sequential commander combat damage. Backup threats like Bloodsworn Knight and Svogthos, the Restless Tomb capitalize on the same stocked graveyard if the commander is removed. While the deck boasts high internal redundancy and swift recovery, its lack of evasion beyond trample and susceptibility to graveyard exile require deliberate combat timing.
