Aphelia, Viper Whisperer by DudeDudeGuy90

Format: Commander

Commander: Aphelia, Viper Whisperer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Aphelia, Viper Whisperer leads a Snake/Gorgon swarm that wins by repeatedly activating her {4}{B} drain ability. The deck builds early deathtouch tokens off her attack trigger, then spreads attackers across all opponents so each takes a half-life hit. It supports the swarm with counter and token multipliers (Doubling Season, Primal Vigor, Winding Constrictor), repeated +1/+1 pumping via Germination Practicum, and Overrun as a trample finisher. There is no hidden commander; the list simply relies on Aphelia as its primary drain engine while keeping a functional beater backup plan. Realistic wins are grindy combat/drain kills, often assisted by Blade of Selves to hit every opponent at once.
