Deck overview

This is a UW stax/control deck helmed by Shorikai, Genesis Engine. The primary plan is to lock the table under rule-of-law and mana-denial effects - Rule of Law, Archon of Emeria, Deafening Silence, Back to Basics, Winter Moon, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade - while grinding card advantage through Shorikai's draw-2-discard-1 and premium engines like Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Esper Sentinel. The deck then assembles infinite colorless mana with Basalt Monolith + Grim Monolith + Manifold Key (or Tezzeret the Seeker) and wins with Thassa's Oracle after emptying the library via Displacer Kitten loops. Secondary paths include the Hullbreaker Horror bounce lock, Knowledge Pool + Lavinia, Azorius Renegade/Drannith Magistrate hard locks, and Counterbalance + Sensei's Divining Top soft locks. It is a classic draw-go control deck that answers everything and wins through a compact combo.
