Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered mono-blue artifact control and combo build commanded by Urza, Lord High Artificer. It pairs an explosive fast-mana suite with asymmetric stax pieces and compact infinite mana combos. Urza functions simultaneously as an early ramp accelerator, an artifact-scaling token producer, and an infinite mana outlet from the command zone. The deck leverages dense acceleration including Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Moxen to deploy Urza on Turn 2 or 3. Once established, it breaks parity on stax pieces like Winter Orb and Static Orb by tapping them prior to its own untap step. The primary win condition generates infinite colorless mana through Basalt Monolith paired with Power Artifact or Rings of Brighthearth. Because Urza's activated ability requires only generic mana, infinite colorless mana allows the deck to exile and cast its entire library without colored filtering, winning on the spot with Aetherflux Reservoir.
