Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius artifact combo strategy helmed by Mendicant Core, Guidelight. It leverages efficient artifact ramp and tutoring to assemble compact infinite mana and damage loops. The primary win condition revolves around imprinting Dramatic Reversal onto Isochron Scepter with mana rocks producing three or more mana, generating infinite mana and untap triggers to draw the library and finish the table using Walking Ballista. Multiple redundant win conditions exist in the 99, including Heliod, Sun-Crowned paired with Walking Ballista, Mystic Forge with Sensei's Divining Top and cost reducers, and Leveler with Thassa's Oracle. Supported by free counterspells like Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship, the deck protects its combo execution while maintaining strong graveyard recursion via Emry, Lurker of the Loch and Academy Ruins.
