Format: Commander

Commander: Edgar Markov

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edgar Markov is a single-faced commander, and the deck is built around his Eminence rather than a back face. The primary plan is to cast cheap Vampires, each spawning a 1/1 token, and turn that accumulating swarm into combat damage with Edgar's haste attack-trigger, Vampire lords, and Shared Animosity. Secondary paths use token ETB/death triggers and life-loss pings (Purphoros, Impact Tremors, Blood Artist, Sanctum Seeker) or assemble the Exquisite Blood / Sanguine Bond / Vito / Bloodthirsty Conqueror drain engine, turning a single life-loss trigger into an infinite finish. No hidden commander exists; Edgar himself is the engine and finisher, while Eminence keeps the deck active even when he stays in the command zone.
