Deck overview

Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin is a Grixis turbo-combo deck built around the front face. The commander is a value engine: its enter/attack trigger forces each opponent to discard and draws for each discarded card type, while the Ruler of Ruin face is an expensive late-game payoff after the {8} transformation. The true plan is commander-independent: assemble Thassa's Oracle with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, backed by Underworld Breach/Grinding Station loops and Hullbreaker Horror disruption. Because every durable combo line ignores Kefka, the command zone is optional acceleration and card advantage rather than the win condition. No hidden commander is needed.
