Deck overview

This Bant midrange deck leverages Peter Parker // Amazing Spider-Man to cheat massive, game-ending legendary permanents onto the battlefield well ahead of curve. By utilizing low-cost mana dorks and tokens as both ramp and bounce fodder, the deck reliably transforms Peter Parker by Turn 3 or 4. Once Amazing Spider-Man is online, any colored legendary spell costs only {G}{W}{U} and the return of a tapped creature to hand. This allows the pilot to chain explosive payoffs such as Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, and The Sixth Doctor into play during the midgame. Robust card draw from Reki, Helga, and Myojin of Seeing Winds keeps the hand full, while asymmetric board wipes like Urza's Ruinous Blast clear opposing defenses. The deck secures victory through overwhelming combat damage across Turns 5 and 6, protected by a dense package of countermagic, hexproof, and indestructible effects.
