Deck overview

This deck is a Simic midrange powerhouse centered on Zimone, Infinite Analyst, leveraging scalable X-spells and +1/+1 counters to generate exponential mana and board presence. Early turns establish mana acceleration through efficient ramp spells and counter-scaling dorks like Gyre Sage and Kami of Whispered Hopes. Once Zimone enters the battlefield, every X-spell cast adds counters to her, progressively reducing the cost of future X-spells each turn. The deck converts this massive mana velocity into overwhelming card draw with spells like Stroke of Genius and Hydroid Krasis, ensuring a steady stream of resources. It closes games around Turn 8 by resolving explosive finishers such as Doppelgang, Mass Manipulation, and massive trampling Hydras. A versatile suite of interactive spells and protective instants like Silkguard and March of Swirling Mist defends the board against sweepers while dismantling opposing strategies.
