Deck overview

This deck is a Jund Aristocrats Midrange strategy commanded by Ziatora, the Incinerator. The primary plan accelerates into oversized creatures such as Daemogoth Titan and Malignus, or steals opposing threats using cards like Act of Treason and Claim the Firstborn. Once Ziatora enters the battlefield on Turn 5, it immediately sacrifices these high-power creatures at the end step to deal direct burn damage to any target while generating three Treasure tokens. These Treasures provide significant mana velocity, powering out follow-up threats, extra fling spells like Fling and Thud, or life-draining engines like Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Mirkwood Bats. While the deck generates high burst damage and steady card flow from death triggers, it relies on natural draws rather than direct tutors and requires three opponent response cycles to eliminate all three players. It excels at converting board presence into direct burn while maintaining a robust midrange recovery plan.
