Zimone X Current by Chanc3

Format: Commander

Commander: Zimone, Infinite Analyst

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Zimone, Infinite Analyst serves as a massive mana-discount engine for spells with X in their mana costs. Each turn you cast an X spell, Zimone gains two counters and reduces the generic mana cost of your first X spell every turn by that total. You quickly snowball by casting scaled card-draw spells and oversized Hydras on opponents turns or during your own. The primary path to victory involves converting this massive mana discount and counter doubling into lethal board states using massive threats like Goldvein Hydra and Primo, the Unbounded, direct damage through Walking Ballista, or an overwhelming wave of permanents copied with Doppelgang.
