New Untitled Deck by Molot0v

Format: Commander

Commander: Kess, Dissident Mage

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kess, Dissident Mage is the engine of a Grixis spell-slinger deck that plans to double the best instants and sorceries. The primary win is Enter the Infinite into Thassa's Oracle, usually cheated out by Dance with Calamity, Aminatou's Augury, or Apex of Power after Kess has turned draw/treasure spells like Big Score and Pirate's Pillage into massive card advantage. Secondary paths are mass reanimation with Rise of the Dark Realms or Breach the Multiverse, and Insurrection. There is no hidden commander; Bilbo, Zaffai, and Exalted Flamer are supporting spell-casting engines. Kess is not a combo piece, but her once-per-turn graveyard cast is what makes the deck fast enough.
