Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Polymorph strategy helmed by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The game plan revolves around generating cheap creature tokens in the early turns using low-cost enchantments and spells like Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Lingering Souls, supported by an efficient suite of mana rocks. Once five mana is available on Turn 4, the commander enters and uses his −3 loyalty ability to exile a disposable token and cheat an enormous creature or planeswalker directly from the library onto the battlefield. The creature pool consists entirely of devastating game-ending threats, including Archfiend of Despair, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Archon of Cruelty, Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, and Valgavoth, Terror Eater. Backed by potent mass-polymorph options like Mass Polymorph and Synthetic Destiny, resilient board protection, and flexible interaction, the deck rapidly overwhelms opponents through compounded combat damage, life-doubling attrition, and game-warping triggered abilities.
