Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is a mono-blue spellslinger-control deck built around flood counters. Eluge turns lands into Islands and discounts the first instant or sorcery each turn, letting the deck chain expensive draw and extra-turn spells. The primary plan is to land Eluge early, stack flood counters, and use token engines (Talrand, Murmuring Mystic, Shark Typhoon, Metallurgic Summonings) to turn every spell into a flying army. Copy spells and Vesuvan Duplimancy multiply Eluge and token makers. The commander is the central mana engine, while secondary paths are bounce-control and extra turns. There is no hidden commander; the deck is tuned to maximize Eluge.
