Format: Commander

Commander: The Great Goblin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Goblin tribal deck helmed by The Great Goblin, built around two interlocking engines: amass and +1/+1 counter synergies that trigger the commander's ping, and persist-based infinite combos that close the game through repeated damage. The primary win condition is an infinite sac/persist loop using Putrid Goblin or Murderous Redcap with Metallic Mimic and a sac outlet like Skirk Prospector, with The Great Goblin converting every counter placed into 2 damage to any opponent. Backup plans include Krenko swarm beats with Impact Tremors and Goblin Bombardment, plus proliferate packages (Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, Contagion Engine) that supercharge the commander's ping. The deck is fast, tutor-dense, and highly redundant in its combo assembly.
