Kadena, Morphing Power Rangers by franz_sanchez

Format: Commander

Commander: Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer is a morph/manifest value engine: she discounts the first face-down creature each turn to {0} and draws a card for each that enters. The deck builds a wide board of 2/2s, uses card advantage from Trail of Mystery, Guardian Project, and They Came from the Pipes to find a finisher, and either wins with Craterhoof Behemoth or locks opponents out with Brine Elemental + Vesuvan Shapeshifter. The commander is the primary engine, but Zimone, Mystery Unraveler and Abhorrent Oculus provide backup manifest sources. The deck controls the board with Abrupt Decay, Assassin's Trophy, and a counter suite, then attacks for lethal.
