Deck overview

Mister Fantastic is a five-color value commander who turns noncreature spells into card draw and can multiply triggered abilities, so the deck runs redundant draw-on-cast and draw-payoff permanents. The primary plan is to accumulate cards and mana rocks, then assemble Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter to generate infinite mana and endless instant/sorcery copies, converting draws to damage or tokens via Psychosis Crawler, Niv-Mizzet, or The Locust God. A secondary plan is a go-wide Insect assault backed by copied draw triggers. The deck is a draw-engine/control-combo hybrid that wins in one explosive turn rather than through attrition.
