This mono-black control deck is commanded by Gisa, Glorious Resurrector, aiming to establish continuous asymmetric attrition by forcing opponents to sacrifice creatures and discard cards. Gisa intercepts opposing dying creatures into exile, returning them to the battlefield on upkeep with decayed to attack and trigger aristocrat drain. Dense redundancy across edict creatures (Fleshbag Marauder, Plaguecrafter, Demon's Disciple) and sacrifice enhancers (Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos) keeps opposing creature boards clear. Meanwhile, discard engines like Dark Deal and Tinybones, Trinket Thief strip opposing hands while feeding Waste Not and Tergrid, God of Fright. The deck's primary clock establishes dominance around Turn 6, closing out the table by Turn 8 via decayed creature swings, Gray Merchant of Asphodel devotion bursts, or a lethal Torment of Hailfire.
