Commander: Roxanne, Starfall Savant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Roxanne, Starfall Savant is the deck's primary mana engine and token generator. The game plan is to land her early, attack to create Meteorites, and amplify her trigger with Doubling Season, Parallel Lives, Panharmonicon, Roaming Throne, or Wulfgar. Those artifact tokens become explosive mana through Roxanne's second ability, Goldspan Dragon, and treasure synergies, letting the deck cast huge X-damage spells (Crackle with Power, Comet Storm) multiplied by City on Fire, Fiery Emancipation, or Solphim. Secondary paths are artifact-pinger attrition and Hellkite Tyrant's artifact-count win. No hidden commander exists; Ojer Axonil can serve as a noncombat damage floor, but the deck is built squarely around Roxanne.
