Commander: Shadow the Hedgehog

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos sacrifice-combo deck built around Shadow the Hedgehog, who provides a steady card-draw engine on every death of a creature with haste or flash and grants split-second protection to spells cast with artifact mana. The primary plan is to assemble an infinite drain loop - typically Reassembling Skeleton + Phyrexian Altar + a blood-artist effect - or a token-copy chain with Twinflame/Heat Shimmer + Dualcaster Mage + a pinger. Fast rituals (Dark Ritual, Seething Song, Culling the Weak) and efficient tutors (Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Intent) enable consistent early kills, while the commander's draw and the split-second protection shield the winning turn. Back-up lines include Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth for infinite mana and Bolas's Citadel as a powerful value engine and alternate finisher.
