Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Azorius token-and-draw doubling deck helmed by Bard, King of Dale, whose two abilities define the entire build: every draw beyond the first of each draw step draws two cards, and every token created is doubled. The 99 is a dense web of token generators (recruit creatures, Prince Imrahil the Fair, Emrakul's Messenger, Okoye, Dora Milaje Leader, Muster the Departed, Reef Worm, Decree of Justice) and draw engines (The Council of Four, Mister Fantastic, Reed Richards, Super Intelligence, Brainsurge) that feed each other - drawing triggers token creation, and token creation triggers more drawing. The primary win is a wide, anthem-buffed token swarm (Kinbinding, An Unexpected Party, Inspiring Leader, Bard's Company) overwhelming all three opponents in combat, with copy effects like Mirrormind Crown and Moonlit Meditation converting small tokens into copies of the best creature on the board. Secondary lines include Reef Worm's death chain into a 9/9 Kraken and X-spell finishers like Decree of Justice and Jadzi, Steward of Fate.
