Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated Mono-Green Stompy powerhouse built around Ghalta, Primal Hunger. The game plan accelerates mana on the first two turns, deploys undercosted high-power creatures on Turns 2 and 3, and casts Ghalta for just two green mana on Turn 4. Once Ghalta enters, power-based draw engines like Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, and Return of the Wildspeaker refill the hand with fresh threats. On Turn 5, force multipliers such as Overwhelming Stampede, Unnatural Growth, and The Skullspore Nexus turn the board into a lethal trample army that eliminates opponents over two combat steps. The deck protects its board state using efficient single-mana protection spells and static hexproof enablers like Asceticism, while Ghalta's built-in cost reduction allows fast recovery following board wipes.
