HOW BIG, HOW BLUE, HOW BEAUTIFUL by hopscotchua

Format: Commander

Commander: Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel is the central extra-turn engine of this mono-blue combo-control deck. The deck accelerates Malcolm to four chorus counters via combat and proliferate spells, then uses his damage trigger to discard and free-cast extra-turn spells, chaining turns and digging toward a closed win. The primary finish is Thassa's Oracle with an emptied library via Enter the Infinite or Thought Lash, with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as a backup. A dense stack of counterspells and instant-speed interaction protects the chain. The single-faced commander is used as a repeatable free-casting enabler rather than a combat threat.
