Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius Voltron and Hero/Artificer hybrid led by Wraith, Vicious Vigilante. Wraith provides an evasive offensive core with built-in unblockability and double strike. The deck enhances Wraith using power-boosting Equipment and Auras such as Biorganic Carapace and Machinist's Arsenal, drawing surplus cards on combat damage steps to maintain momentum. Concurrently, the 99 utilizes the unrestricted inclusion rule of Cid, Timeless Artificer to cycle through the library and turn go-wide tokens from Council of Reeds and Mechan Assembler into lethal threats. Disruptive elements like Spider-Woman, Stunning Savior and Karn, Argent Defender slow down opposing tempo, while a suite of cheap countermagic and targeted removal protects the board state. Because the deck wins strictly through single-target combat damage without fast mana acceleration, it relies on disciplined sequencing, efficient card flow, and targeted disruption to eliminate opponents sequentially.
