Deck overview

This competitive mono-red deck leverages Magda, Brazen Outlaw as a direct-to-battlefield tutor engine. By tapping low-cost Dwarves and changelings through combat, Vehicles, or tap abilities, the deck quickly generates five Treasure tokens by Turn 3. At instant speed, Magda sacrifices these Treasures to tutor Clock of Omens to the battlefield. Combined with an artifact Dwarf like Universal Automaton or a creature made into an artifact via Liquimetal Torque, this generates infinite tapped Treasures. Magda then tutors the rest of the artifact and Dragon suite, finishing the game on the spot with Altar of the Brood, Portal to Phyrexia, or looped Memory Jar activations via Barkform Harvester. Backed by fast mana, free redirection, and red counterspells, the deck combines blazing combo speed with instant-speed resilience.
