Deadpool, Trading Card by Alex_Paquette50

Format: Commander

Commander: Deadpool, Trading Card

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a -1/-1 counter and goad control strategy helmed by Deadpool, Trading Card, though the commander's text-box exchange is a minor gimmick that rarely defines the game plan. The core approach is to blanket the board with -1/-1 counters via cards like Soul Snuffers, Black Sun's Zenith, and Blowfly Infestation, then lock down opponents' creatures with Kulrath Knight while redirecting attacks through goad effects such as Disrupt Decorum and Shiny Impetus. The deck wins through incremental combat damage from resilient threats like Grave Titan and Etali, Primal Storm, or via direct damage from Fiendish Duo and Lasting Tarfire. It lacks a compact infinite combo but grinds out value through repeatable draw engines like The Scorpion God and Massacre Girl, Known Killer. The deck is a slow, iterative control pile that hopes to outlast three opponents.
