5 Color Gates by Flo_07

Format: Commander

Commander: Niv-Mizzet Reborn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color value-engine deck helmed by Niv-Mizzet Reborn, whose ETB draws up to ten multicolored cards, giving the pilot a massive hand. The deck pursues three distinct win conditions: the land-based Maze's End gate win (the primary plan), a Biovisionary copy-win via token doublers and clone effects, and a fallback combat plan using the 4/4 Golem tokens from General Ferrous Rokiric and large threats like Niv-Mizzet, Supreme. The companion Jegantha, the Wellspring is easily cast and provides a free five-color mana source. The mana base leans heavily on Gates, with Spelunking and Gond Gate making them enter untapped, while tutors like Circuitous Route and Explore the Underdark accelerate the gate count. The deck is a mid-range value pile that wins through inevitability rather than speed.
