Rat King, Verminister leads a mono-black Rat Colony swarm deck. The commander is a value engine: it creates an extra 1/1 Rat token whenever a permanent leaves your control that turn, and once you have three Rats it can reanimate every Rat Colony from the graveyard. The real hidden commander in the 99 is Marrow-Gnawer, whose sacrifice ability multiplies the swarm exponentially. The deck floods the battlefield with Rat Colony, uses cost reducers and Thrumming Stone to chain extra copies, then wins through a single massive combat or through Ayara and Mirkwood Bats drain triggers.
