Renfield by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Eruth, Tormented Prophet

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Eruth, Tormented Prophet turns every draw into two cards you may play that turn, making this an Izzet exile-draw engine. Backgrounds such as Tavern Brawler and Passionate Archaeologist convert that flow into commander pumping, direct damage, treasures, and dragons. A secondary zombie package built around Rooftop Storm, Necroduality, and Undead Alchemist can take over with flying zombie swarms and mill. The commander is the primary card-advantage engine and cast-from-exile enabler; the deck is a value midrange deck rather than a combo deck, closing with pings, combat, and an occasional extra turn. There is no true hidden commander; the Backgrounds and Ral, Crackling Wit serve as build-around support.
