Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Ninja tribal strategy commanded by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. It operates on a low mana curve, deploying unblockable one-drop creatures on the first turn to enable Commander Ninjutsu on Turn 2. Yuriko's combat damage trigger simultaneously refills your hand and deals table-wide life loss proportional to the revealed card's mana value. Topdeck sculptors such as Brainstorm and Ponder allow you to place high mana value cards like Shadow of Mortality on top of your library for explosive damage bursts. The list leverages free interaction like Fierce Guardianship and Deadly Rollick because Yuriko is easily cast and maintained on the battlefield. Commander Ninjutsu ignores standard commander tax, allowing the deck to rebuild quickly after removal. While it lacks competitive fast mana and tutor density, it applies consistent, compounding combat pressure that eliminates all three opponents in parallel.
