Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Temur creature combo engine commanded by Animar, Soul of Elements. The primary strategy focuses on deploying 1-2 CMC ramp pieces to land Animar on Turn 2, then casting cheap utility creatures to quickly grow Animar's +1/+1 counters. Once Animar reaches 4 counters, Ancestral Statue becomes entirely free to cast and can repeatedly bounce itself to generate infinite cast triggers, storm count, and counters on Animar. This loop is converted into an immediate victory on Turn 4 by casting an arbitrarily large Walking Ballista to eliminate all opponents with direct damage, or by drawing the entire deck through creatures like Primordial Sage and Soul of the Harvest. Built-in protection from white and black on Animar, supported by uncounterable enablers like Hexing Squelcher and Rhythm of the Wild, shields the execution from opposing interaction.
