Deck overview

This deck is a casual mono-white Voltron strategy commanded by Adelbert Steiner. The game plan revolves around casting Adelbert on Turn 2 and rapidly stacking the battlefield with low-mana Equipment to grow his power via his static buff (+1/+1 for each Equipment controlled). Evasive equipment such as Fleetfeather Sandals, Cliffhaven Kitesail, and Aeronaut's Wings grants flying, allowing Adelbert to connect for massive chunks of lifelinking commander damage. The deck features a dense package of basic Plains to hit land drops consistently, supported by artifact recursion pieces like Refurbish, Loran, Disciple of History, and Recommission to recover discarded or destroyed weapons. Because the deck lacks tutors, fast mana, and combo finishes, it plays at an honest combat pace, taking down opponents one by one over several turns while using lifelink to cushion against opposing aggro.
