Deck overview

Norin the Wary leads a mono-red ETB burn deck that uses Norin's constant flickering to trigger a dense package of 'whenever another creature enters' effects. The primary plan is to assemble multiple pinging permanents such as Impact Tremors, Purphoros, and General Kreat, then use Norin's near-unavoidable re-entry plus token generators to drain all opponents. Secondary paths include big-mana damage multiplication with Fiery Emancipation, City on Fire, and Solphim, plus a Kiki-Jiki combo line. The deck is heavily commander-dependent for sustained value, but it can still function through token makers and haste threats if Norin is answered.
