Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats strategy commanded by Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim. The game plan establishes a recurring engine using cheap token producers such as Bitterblossom, Ophiomancer, and Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, paired with sacrifice outlets like Warren Soultrader and Umbral Collar Zealot. Having Elas in the command zone guarantees an immediate life drain payoff whenever creatures die while simultaneously padding your life total on creature entry. As the board expands, the deck scales damage through multipliers like Teysa Karlov, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, and Mirkwood Bats, converting routine creature turnover into massive table-wide life loss. In addition to steady aristocrat attrition, the deck harbors a lethal two-card infinite combo between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and Enduring Tenacity (or Marauding Blight-Priest), which instantly drains all opponents upon any life gain or loss trigger. High redundancy across fodder and drain effects gives the deck strong resilience against disruption.
