Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is a five-color legendary-toolbox engine. The deck accelerates into Sisay, raises her power with early multicolored legendaries, then uses repeated WUBRG activations to stack combo pieces: Ioreth, Marvin, and legendary mana dorks such as Esika and Bugenhagen. Ioreth and Marvin generate infinite mana when paired with two legendary dorks; Sisay then fetches Kambal and Rhys to drain the table. Secondary paths use token doubling from Adrix and Elspeth, Treasure payoffs from Tivit, Vihaan, and Smaug, and combat through Jodah. Captain Sisay in the 99 acts as a hidden second tutor-commander, while the Prismatic Bridge side of Esika backs up the engine when Sisay is offline.
