New Untitled Deck by user4995407

Format: Commander

Commander: The Lord of Pain

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Lord of Pain is a group-slug commander that taxes each player's first spell and stops life gain. The deck pairs that with Underworld Dreams-style draw punishment, upkeep pain enchantments, and damage doublers (Twinflame Tyrant, Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Wound Reflection) to bleed three opponents out. Its primary finish is the infinite Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood or Sanguine Bond + Bloodthirsty Conqueror drain loop, started by any opponent life loss such as The Lord of Pain's own trigger, Mogis, Descent into Avernus, or Stormfist Crusader. A secondary line uses Heartless Hidetsugu with Twinflame Tyrant/Wound Reflection to one-shot the table. Bloodletter plus Peer into the Abyss removes one player, clearing the way for the drain. Vial Smasher the Fierce in the 99 functions as a hidden second commander trigger.
