Deck overview

This is an Azorius Bird tribal midrange deck helmed by Kastral, the Windcrested. The plan is to flood the board with flying Birds, leverage tribal anthems and cost reducers, then connect in combat so Kastral's trigger generates card advantage, +1/+1 counters, or free Bird reanimation from hand or graveyard. Primary wins come through go-wide flying combat, amplified by True Conviction, Favorable Winds, Empyrean Eagle, and attack triggers from Steel-Plume Marshal and Kangee, Sky Warden. Secondary tools include pillowfort/lock pieces like Magus of the Moat and a dense counter suite to protect the air force. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins by attrition and overwhelming aerial damage. Kastral is a strong value engine but the tribal package still functions without him.
