Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos political group-slug and forced-combat engine led by Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. The primary strategy donates high-power, hostile creatures to opponents, compelling them to attack one another while protecting your own life total. Supported by global goad enablers like Kardur, Doomscourge, Disrupt Decorum, and Rite of the Raging Storm, the deck turns opponents' boards into weapons against themselves. Life-drain punishers like Painful Quandary, Massacre Wurm, and Blood Artist accelerate damage clocks and punish basic game actions. Low-cost single-target removal keeps opposing combo pieces and major threats in check. The deck closes games through compounded combat damage and late-game activations of Xantcha's life-drain ability.
