Deck overview

Maralen, Fae Ascendant leads an Elf/Faerie tribal deck that merges exile-based value with a strong token and mana engine. Maralen's enter trigger exiles two cards from an opponent; with enough Elves and Faeries, you cast those spells for free once a turn. The deck supports this with token generation, untap effects, and tribal synergies. Backup paths include Lathril's drain token swarm, Glissa Sunslayer, and graveyard recursion via Thranduil, the Elvenking. The deck also plays a hidden commander strategy: Thranduil, the Elvenking grants all activated abilities of Elf cards in graveyard, making a stocked graveyard a toolbox.
