Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Izzet spellslinger deck uses Vivi Ornitier to convert rapid noncreature casts into incremental burn and massive mana bursts. Vivi grows and deals damage whenever noncreature spells resolve, then taps to add mana equal to its power to fund extended storm turns. The primary plan executes deterministic win lines, most notably Dualcaster Mage paired with Twinflame or Heat Shimmer for infinite hasty attackers, or Underworld Breach loops alongside Brain Freeze and positive-mana spells. Secondary paths include Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity, Reiterate loops, or massive Crackle with Power burns.
