Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius combat-focused midrange deck led by Captain America, Living Legend. The commander provides a pseudo-vigilance trigger that untaps each of your creatures the first time it taps on your turn. This ability synergizes effectively with aggressive attackers, vehicle crew costs, and tap abilities, allowing your board to attack aggressively while remaining untapped to block or crew on defense. The deck supplements this strategy with modified creature payoffs, +1/+1 counter distribution, and evasive vehicles. The interaction suite focuses on single-target neutralization through disabling enchantments and tempo counterspells. While the deck lacks explosive infinite combos and dedicated tutor packages, it generates steady card flow through combat triggers and presents a resilient, fair clock.
